• PipeFitter Field App — a paid mobile application available on iOS and Android

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Canada and internationally. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Koreteckx Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Free shipping thresholds apply to qualifying orders as stated on product pages.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and the data contained within our field books and mobile application — is the exclusive intellectual property of Koreteckx Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. 6. Mobile Application

The PipeFitter Field App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of the app is also governed by the terms of those respective platforms. The app is sold as a one-time purchase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to update or modify the app at any time.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the trade data, specifications, and formulas contained in our products, all information is provided for reference purposes only. Always verify critical data against current applicable standards before use on any job site. Koreteckx Inc. accepts no liability for decisions made based solely on information found in our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koreteckx Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
